We can help.

We have many programs to help you. Our Financial Counselor can advise you on what program is the best for you. See our Contact Information Page or call our Financial Counselor at 207-779-2396 (toll free in Maine at 800-398-6031).

  • Pay Your Bill Online

  • Franklin Community Health Network's programs assist the uninsured and underinsured.

    • Franklin Health Access helps uninsured and underinsured people in Greater Franklin County with access to affordable Health Care Services.

    • Franklin Health Access RX can help you with access to affordable prescription medications.

    • Contract for Care can assist you with your expected self pay portion of your bill.

    • FranklinCares helps uninsured people by providing financial assistance for FMH-inpatient admission or surgery admissions.

    • HealthCard Discounts and payment plans are also available.

  • Government programs can help, too.

    • DirigoChoice. DirigoChoice is health care coverage designed to give small businesses, the self-employed, and individuals an affordable, high-quality option for health coverage.

    • Franklin Health Insurance Incentive Program offers a 30% discount to qualified local businesses purchasing health insurance for employees.

    • MaineCare. MaineCare is low-cost or free health insurance provided by the State for many low-income individuals and families.

    • Medicare. Medicare is the national health program for people age 65 or older, some people under age 65 with disabilities, and others.

    • Medicare D. Medicare D programs provide affordable presrciption plans for those on medicare.
