Whether you are a patient, are waiting for a patient, or are visiting an inpatient, Franklin Memorial Hospital has several conveniences to make your visit more pleasurable and comfortable.
Parking Assistance
Before you even enter our facility, parking assistance is offered for our patients at the main entrance. This free service, which is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., is staffed entirely by volunteers.
Free Wireless Internet
Franklin Memorial Hospital now offers complimentary wireless Internet access for its patients, visitors, and guests. Any wireless-enabled device such as laptops, iPads, smart phones, and personal digital assistants can access the network.
To connect a device to the FCHN WiFi network, users should select FCHN-guest, then accept the “terms and conditions” for use.
The wireless network is available 24/7.
Cafeteria
The Healthy Heart Café is located on the ground floor and offers a diverse menu of healthy and appetizing meals and snacks. Vending and coffee machines can be accessed at any time.
Other Amenities
The Gift Shop, Ben Franklin Center Library, and ATM are all located on the first level, near the hospital’s main entrance.
