- Mammo Scheduling - assisting FMH in contacting women and scheduling for this critical diagnostic tool (Sue Dalrymple 779-2405)

- Bike Rodeos, Helmet Fittings, Bike Safety presentations - for schools, associations, meetings, youth organizations (Carl Blondell, NorthStar Bike Team Coordinator 592-1328)
- Car Seat Fittings/Installations (and discounted purchases for qualified applicants) - Certified car seat technicians help make sure your child/grandchild is safe (Peter Wade, NorthStar, 779-2402)

- Fire Fighter Rehab - an on-site service to our firefighters during fires - helping them help others (NorthStar)
- Firefighter Training - on ambulance equipment, cold weather skills, and interaction at traffic and fire scenes (NorthStar)
- Fire Standby - on site presence at fires "just in case" supporting local town Fire Departments (NorthStar)
- Mock OUI Crash Scene - powerful re-enactment and presentation at high schools in the area. Rangeley and Mt. Abram were recent examples (NorthStar)
- Winter Special Olympics at Sugarloaf (January) - Assist in several aspects of this great event (NorthStar)
- Athletic Events - Free standby at local school athletic events such as football, soccer, basketball games, lacrosse, field hockey (NorthStar)
- Athletic Events (pro) - Offer an EMT (at a charge) for athletic events and tournaments requiring EMT presence (NorthStar)
- Blood Drives - with the Red Cross, helping to organize, advertise and run local blood drives (NorthStar)

- First Aid Classes - for your non-profit group or school (NorthStar)
- Ambulance Tours - with safety presentations. Demonstrations for all ages but especially for pre-school and elementary children (NorthStar)
- Assisting in Community Projects - cleanups, setups, standby, even herding cattle or fixing windshield wipers when needed (NorthStar)
- Lift Assist - aiding in lifting/moving our larger or disabled residents (NorthStar)
- Assist Residents on Oxygen - in times of power failure or other emergencies (NorthStar)
- Blood Alcohol Draws - for local and state police agencies as needed (NorthStar)
- Minor Wound Care - a bandaid here, a bandaid there (NorthStar)
- Assisting in FMH ER and Med Surg floors - doing what we can and pitching in when these areas are overwhelmed (NorthStar)
- DNA Kits - a keep-at-home record of your child/grandchild (or anyone elses) personal information and a DNA sample (NorthStar)
- Emergency Medical Record Card - this yellow wallet sized card can help keep track of medications, allergies, doctor's telephone number and other medical information needed in an emergency (NorthStar)
- Disaster Relief - local, regional, national (NorthStar)
- AEDs - coordinate sales and training for schools and civic organizations (NorthStar)
- Regular Community Interaction - at restaurants, town meetings, and local gatherings (NorthStar)
- Relay for Life - participation in the Cancer Awareness and fund raising efforts (through 2006)
