Worrying About Health Care Costs? Stop by the FCHN Fair Booth
September 13, 2007
Are you worried about how to pay for your health care or your prescription medications? If so, stop by the Franklin Community Health Network (FCHN) booth in the Starbird Building at the Farmington Fair to speak with representatives of Franklin Health Access on Friday, September 21, from 10
a.m. to 3 p.m.
Franklin Health Access is a program of FCHN, which assists the uninsured and underinsured with access to affordable health care services. It also includes Franklin Health Access-Rx (FHA-Rx), a program to help area residents find ways to lower the cost of medicines. To date, FHA-Rx has
acquired almost a quarter of a million dollars in free medications for area residents.
For more information, call Franklin Health Access at 779-2772 or 1-888-952-2772, or stop by the FCHN booth anytime during fair week to receive materials about the program.
