The tulip garden near the entrance to Franklin Memorial Hospital is in full bloom. The tulips appear as a large looped pink ribbon—the official symbol for breast cancer awareness—with a small amount of purple at each end. The colors symbolize pink as the color for breast cancer awareness, while purple is the color used for the Martha B. Webber Breast Care Center.
