Sports Medicine Clinic Resumes on Tuesdays

Dr. Thomas Pulling is the new medical provider for Franklin Health Orthopaedics’ sports medicine clinic that takes place on Tuesday mornings with appointments starting at 8 a.m. The weekly clinic is for individuals of all ages who suffer from a sports-related injury—student-athletes as well as adult recreational athletes.
In addition to Dr. Pulling, a licensed physical therapist and a certified athletic trainer from the Physical Rehabilitation Department at Franklin Memorial Hospital are on hand to provide an all-inclusive approach to injury diagnoses and treatments.
Dr. Pulling is board-certified in family medicine and holds a certificate of added qualification in sports medicine. Dr. Pulling has served as team physician at high school, collegiate, and professional levels including the University of Southern Maine and the Portland Pirates.
Besides staffing the sports medicine clinic, Dr. Pulling also provides treatment for acute injury, muscle and joint pain, arthritic tenderness, and management of exercise-induced asthma and concussions at Franklin Health Orthopaedics on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and at the Androscoggin Valley Medical Arts Center in Livermore Falls on Thursdays.
