Afghans, quilts, and blankets to Franklin Memorial Hospital
November 7, 2007
Members of the Greater UMF Community recently donated 32 afghans, quilts, and blankets to Franklin Memorial Hospital, as part of Project Linus. Project Linus' mission is to provide a sense of security, warmth, and comfort to children and adults who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer blanketeers.
