Free Presentation at Franklin Memorial Hospital on Youth Sports Injuries

In anticipation of the fall sports season, Franklin Memorial Hospital's certified athletic trainers, Gina DiCrocco, MEd, ATC; and Jeremy Starbird, ATC, will host a presentation on Youth Sports Injuries in the Bass Room at Franklin Memorial Hospital on August 20 from 5-6 p.m.
The presentation will include topics such as: preventing, identifying, and treating youth sports injuries; safety precautions; stretching techniques; concussion recognition; and many others.
The presentation is open all parents of young athletes, youth sport coaches, and anyone interested in preventing youth sports injuries.
The hour-long program includes a short hands-on and interactive component.
