Office Information
Dr. Wooden’s office is located on the Livermore Falls Road (Route 133) in the same building as Western Mountain Surgical Care. The practice offers a full range of family medicine services from routine physicals such as well-baby checks, sports physicals, and adult physicals, to managing complex chronic medical conditions.

Schooling
Dr. Wooden graduated in 1992 with honors from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon, and completed his residency in 1995 at Oregon Health Sciences University. He has been an active staff member with Franklin Memorial Hospital since September 1995.
