Dr. Tinguely graduated in 1979 from St. Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO, and completed his residency in 1982 at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City, New York. Dr. Tinguely has been an active staff member with Franklin Memorial Hospital since September 9, 1984.
