Ruth Cumler is a certified psychiatric and mental health clinical nurse specialist, a certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, and a certified primary care nurse practitioner. She provides psychiatric assessments and evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy crisis evaluations and consultations at Evergreen Behavioral Services. There, she practices with Dr. Lourdes Soto-Moreno and Dr. Arthur Dingley.
The office is located on the first floor of the Mt. Blue Health Center, located at 131 Franklin Health Commons.The Health Center utilizes the same entrance as the Hospital off Rtes. 2 & 4.From there, take an immediate left.The Health Center is on the right.

Schooling
Cumler received her Master's Degree in nursing from Northeastern University, and her Bachelor's Degree in nursing from the University of State of New York.She also received an Associates Degree in nursing, as well as an Associates Degree in liberal arts from the University of Maine, Augusta.
Professional Interest
Before coming to Evergreen Behavioral Services, Cumler served as a psychiatric emergency department nurse for six years at Cambridge Hospital in Cambridge, MA.She has over 25 years of nursing experience in the mental health field.
Personal Interest
Ruth Cumler is the parent of a grown son, and has two grandchildren.She enjoys traveling, swimming, skiing, gardening, and boating.
