Franklin Health Child & Developmental Pediatrics is located at the Mt. Blue Health Center. The Center is part of Franklin Health and affiliated with Franklin Memorial Hospital. The program promotes the optimal development and abilities of children and adolescents with a wide range of developmental and behavioral concerns including: autism spectrum disorders, Asperger's Syndrome, developmental delays, attention deficit disorder, and difficulties with learning and school performance.

Schooling
Dr. Silverstein received her medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine and completed her residency in pediatrics at Boston City Hospital. She has practiced medicine since 1978. She has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics since 1982 and received board certification in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics in 2004.
