Dr. Michael Joseph is providing ear nose & throat (ENT) specialty services at a new Franklin Health medical practice called Franklin Health Ear, Nose & Throat that opened in April 2012. The medical practice is located at the Androscoggin Valley Medical Arts Center at 21 Main Street in Livermore Falls. It is a program of Franklin Memorial Hospital.

Schooling
Dr. Joseph received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. He then completed two residencies: first a two-year surgical residency at New England Deaconess Hospital and then an otolaryngology residency at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, both in Boston. For 15 years, Dr. Joseph practiced at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary before going into private practice. He also had academic appointments at the Harvard Medical School's Department of Otology and Laryngology from 1981-1997. Most recently, Dr. Joseph provided ENT services at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine.
Professional Interest
Dr. Michael Joseph is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. His professional interests are vast and include traumatic optic neuropathy, facial pain, skull base surgery, and sinus infections that result in loss of vision, among others.
