Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.

Dr. Adler is a board-certified family practitioner at Franklin Health Women's Care. Her group practice includes Drs. Jacques Belair, Jay Naliboff, Susan Kearing, Tara Aumand and Thomas Weigle, family nurse practitioners Rebecca Sylvester and Susan Tinguely, and nurse midwife and women's health nurse practitioner Daisy Goodman.

Schooling

Dr. Adler graduated in 1983 from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA and completed her residency at the Maine Dartmouth Family Practice Residency Program. She has been an active staff member with Franklin Memorial Hospital since January 21, 1992.

Professional Interest

Dr. Adler's professional interests include all aspects of women's health care, especially obstetrics. She has strong community involvement regarding domestic violence and women's health issues; breast and cervical cancer prevention.

Dr. Adler served as the Medical Consultant to the Maine Breast and Cervical Health Program for 6 years and on the Board of the Maine Women's Fund for 4 years. She is currently a board member of the Family Planning Association of Maine, the Maine Health Access Foundation, and Franklin Community Health Network.

Dr. Adler supports a women's clinic in Mulukuku, Nicaragua and has provided obstetrics and gynecology training in Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Honduras.

Personal Interest

Her personal interests are family, third world medicine, cooking, reading and X-Country skiing. She is married to Dr. Michael Rowland, a family medicine physician. A profile of Dr. Adler appeared in the Journal of the American Medical Association, June 10, 1998, issue. She is fluent in Spanish.
