Held every other year, this is the eighth Community Health Visioning in the last 16 years. The Visioning process has significantly strengthened the community. It has led to the improved transportation services, improved nutrition in the area schools, expanded mental health services, and broader access to education, among other things.

We know there are many issues that need to be addressed in Greater Franklin County.

Decreasing substance abuse by improving prevention and treatment resources

Improving transportation options
Increasing physical activity Such as finding affordable recreational opportunities or simply being active

Support for individuals with chronic conditions Such as diabetes and asthma
