Directions
From the South:Take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) North to Auburn, Exit 75. Follow Route 4 North to Farmington. Continue 4 miles after the merge of Route 4 and Route 2. Turn Right into Mt. Blue Circle. Healthy Community Coalition is located in Suite 1.
From the East:
Take Route 27 to Farmington. Take a Left onto Main Street in Farmington at the traffic light (Route 4 and Route 2) and continue for approximately 4 miles. 1/4 mile after the intersection in front of Franklin Memorial Hospital, turn Left into Mt. Blue Circle. Healthy Community Coalition is located in Suite 1.
From the West:
Follow U.S. Route 2 East to Farmington. Continue 4 miles after the merge of Route 4 and Route 2. Turn Right into Mt. Blue Circle. Healthy Community Coalition is located in Suite 1.
