As Title Sponsor your name will be included in the tournament title, with premiere coverage on our web page, in brochures, and in press releases. You will have signage at all events. You will also receive green fees and carts for four for a Sunday tournament, overnight accommodations at Sugarloaf, continental breakfast, a foursome for the tournament and luncheon, and an introduction at the Awards Ceremony.

$2,000 - Monday's Ceremony and Luncheon Sponsor
All tournament participants, as well as top executives from Franklin Community Health Network and its affiliates, are invited to the luncheon and awards ceremony. Sponsorship of this event includes introduction and signage at the luncheon, acknowledgement in brochures, and your logo on our website. You will also receive green fees and carts for four in Sunday's and Monday's tournaments, overnight accommodations at Sugarloaf, continental breakfast and luncheon.

$2,000 - Pin Flag Sponsor
Your company name and logo will be displayed on a pin flag at each hole, acknowledgement in brochures, and your logo on our website. You will also receive green fees and carts for four in Sunday's and Monday's tournaments, overnight accommodations at Sugarloaf, continental breakfast and luncheon.

$2,000 - Golf Cart Sponsor
Your company name and logo will be displayed on 64 golf carts. You will also receive green fees and carts for four in Sunday's and Monday's tournaments, overnight accommodations at Sugarloaf, continental breakfast and luncheon.

$1,500 - Platinum Team Sponsorship
Your platinum team receives green fees and carts for four in Sunday's and Monday's tournaments, overnight accommodations at Sugarloaf, continental breakfast and lunch. Your company will be acknowledged in brochures and your logo will be displayed on our website.
$1,500-Sunday Recepton and Awards Ceremony Sponsor
As Sunday Reception and Awards Ceremony Sponsor your team of four will receive green fees and carts for Sunday's and Monday's tournaments, overnight accomodations at Sugarloaf Sunday, continental breakfast, signage at Sunday's Reception, and Monday Awards Ceremony and luncheon.
The tax deductible portion of your sponsorship is $300; the remainder is value for goods and services received.
$700 - Team Sponsorship
Your team of four will be entered in the tournament (green fees and carts included) and invited to the awards luncheon. Your company will be listed on our website and acknowledged in brochures.

$500 - Breakfast Sponsor
A continental breakfast is offered to all tournament players. By sponsoring this breakfast, you'll be entitled to signage at the breakfast, acknowledgement in brochures, one participant in Monday's tournament, and your logo on our website.

$500 - Social Gathering
A social gathering is offered to all tournament players immediately before the luncheon and awards ceremony. Sponsoring this gathering entitles you to your logo on our website, acknowledgement in brochures, and one participant in Monday's tournament.

$500 - Scoreboard Sponsor
By sponsoring the scoreboard either Sunday or Monday, you'll be entitled to signage at the scoreboard for one tournament, acknowledgement in brochures, can include a participant in one tournament, and your logo will be placed on our website.

$500 - Golf Pack Sponsor
Tournament players enjoy this keepsake of the Health Care Golf Classic. You will be acknowledged in brochures, your logo will be put on our website, and you may enter one participant in Monday's tournament.

We've had many requests for a snack cart to drive around offering refreshments to tournament players. Awards Sponsorship entitles you to signage on the head table at the luncheon, acknowledgement in brochures, one participant in Monday's tournament, and your logo on our website.

This entitles you to signage at four "par 3’s" Sunday or Monday, acknowledgement in brochures, can include a participant in one tournament, and your logo will be placed on our website.

This entitles you to signage at one hole, acknowledgement in brochures, and listing on our website.

Would like to play, but don't have a team? Don't worry! We will put a team together for you. Playing in the tournament entitles you to greens fees and cart, continental breakfast, attendance at the luncheon, and the chance to win great prizes!

Raffle Donors & Silent Auction
Donations of gifts in kind are welcomed for our raffle and silent auction. In the past, we have received everything from watercolor paintings to tire repair kits.
