21st ANNUAL HEALTHCARE GOLF CLASSIC
Welcome to Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation and the Sugarloaf Golf Club. We appreciate your participation in the 21st Annual Healthcare Golf Classic.
A complimentary social hour will be held immediately after the tournament at Gepetto’s Restaurant, followed by the luncheon and awards ceremony.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The format of this year's Classic will be a four-man scramble on Monday. All golfers will tee off at each hole. The best ball will be played until the team holes out.
LOCAL RULES
- Preferred lies everywhere, one club length, no closer to the hole.
- A ball in rough stays in rough, in hazard stays in hazard.
- Balls not played from fairway must be played as follows: 1st person hitting must hit the ball as it lies, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th persons must place balls as close as possible from where the ball was hit to keep the integrity of the lie.
- 150-yard markers are designated with yellow flowered bushes. Sprinkler heads in the fairways are also marked with distance.
- Each team member must contribute a minimum of two tee shots.
- Distance is to center of greens.
- Please replace divots and repair ball marks.
- Matching cards from hole 18 will break ties.
TOURNAMENT AWARDS
1st and 2nd gross and net prizes will be awarded for low team scores.
MULLIGANS
- Mulligans may be purchased at registration. ($5.00 each)
- Limit 4 mulligans per foursome. May be used on any shot.
- Mulligans may not be used to win prizes on individual holes.
