We try to meet all of the needs of our patients and their families at Franklin Health Women’s Care. During your appointments with us, please tell us if you would like to change the management of your care. You can choose to see selected practitioners or all of the practitioners for office appointments. Just let us know your preferences and we will try to accommodate. If you feel more comfortable during your office visit when a nurse stays with you, we will always accommodate that request. Please let your nurse know and she would be happy to be with you!
Prescription Refills
Please contact us at least 48 hours before you will need to have prescriptions refilled. If you need a refill of a narcotic pain medication please call the office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We will not be able to call in refills at night or on the weekend because we do not have access to your chart. If your insurance requires you to do mail order for your prescriptions, we will only be able to do this by mailing a written prescription. We are not able to call these prescriptions in over the phone. Please allow ample time for us to give you a written prescription to mail to your pharmacy.
Appointment Cancellation
If you cannot make it to an appointment, please let us know ahead of time. Twenty-four hour notice is appreciated when possible. This helps us meet the needs of all of our patients.
