Prescription Refills
Please contact us at least 72 hours before you will need to have prescriptions refilled. Please have the prescription available when you call or visit so that we can verify the information.
Appointment Cancellation
If you cannot make it to an appointment, please let us know ahead of time. Twenty-four hour notice is appreciated when possible. Failure to show up for three scheduled appointments without notifying us before your appointment time may result in termination of our doctor-patient relationship. This policy is in consideration of our other patients' needs for those appointments, and your physician's time.
