Our Services

Our clinicians and staff take pride in offering high quality outpatient family medicine services to adults and children in a friendly, small office setting. Some of our services include:

• Physical exams
• No-scapel vasectomy services every Friday (performed by Dr. Rowland)
• Family Planning
• Women’s health exams
• Sick visits
• Disability exams
• Newborn and well-child visits
• School and sports physicals
• Cryotherapy for wart removal
• On-site blood work and lab services
• Evergreen Behavioral Services counselor on site once a week

Prescription Refills

Please contact us at least 48 hours before you will need to have prescriptions refilled.

Appointment Cancellation

If you cannot make it to an appointment, please let us know ahead of time. Twenty-four hour notice is appreciated when possible. This helps us meet the needs of all of our patients.
