Franklin Health
Franklin Health is a multi-specialty group practice sponsored by Franklin Memorial Hospital that includes 12 medical and surgical practices. Franklin Health is the largest provider of health care services in the region, and is one of the largest and finest medical practices in Maine.
The practices are linked together by technology, an integrated medical record, and a common concept of patient- and family-centered care.
Services are integrated to achieve a medical home model that supports population-based health care and focuses on prevention, primary care, mental health services, and care management.
