Subsidy Information
Franklin Child Care is operated by Franklin Community Health Network. An ongoing subsidy from FCHN is necessary, as client fees do not cover the costs of operating this type of high-quality program. This subsidy allows us to continue providing a service that meets both the expectations of the families we serve and our vision of quality child care. Franklin Child Care will inform clients annually about the nature and amount of additional resources FCHN provides.
