Staff Certifications
We strive to hire individuals with degrees in Early Childhood or related fields who also have experience working with children. All staff are required to complete 30 hours of ongoing training in pertinent early childhood, and all are First Aid and CPR certified.
The Director/Lead Teacher at Franklin Child Care has a BS in Early Childhood Special Education, and the Head Teacher has a BS in Child Development and Family Relations.
