Office of Medical Affairs
The Medical Staff Office manages the application for privileges and the credentialing of all physicians, dentists, podiatrists, and allied health professionals in compliance with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and The Joint Commission Standards.
We are located on the first floor in the administrative wing of the hospital. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
