Office of Medical Affairs
The Medical Staff Office manages the application for privileges and the credentialing of all physicians, dentists, podiatrists, and mid-level clinicians in compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and Joint Commission Standards.
We are located on the first floor in the administrative wing of the hospital. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
