Imaging Services (Radiology)
State-of-the-art imaging services including digital mammography and x-rays available every day.
Laboratory Services
Physician-ordered laboratory services are available every day by appointment. Walk-in laboratory services are available every Monday from 7-10 a.m. Lab work ordered by physicians outside of our service area are always welcome.
Orthopedic Services
Orthopaedic care is provided by Franklin Health Orthopaedics the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month with Isaac Ball, PA-C. To make an appointment contact Franklin Health Orthopaedics at 778-9001 and ask to be seen in Livermore Falls.
Physical Rehabilitation
Physical therapy services for injury or illness on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our program includes extended hours from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for your convenience. This service is provided by the Franklin Memorial Hospital Physical Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Department.
Mental Health and Counseling
Care for psychiatric and behavioral issues including medication management and individual and family mental health counseling provided every week by Evergreen Behavioral Services. Call 778-0035 for appointments and ask to be seen in Livermore Falls.
Women’s Care
Comprehensive care for the expectant mother before and after delivery provided by Dr. Jacques Belair every Wednesday. Dr. Belair is fluent in both French and English. Susan Eastler, WHCNP, every Tuesday and Daisy Goodman, CNM, WHCNP, every Friday are here to provide a full range of care for women of all ages. Our Women's Care practitioners are affiliated with Pine Tree Women's Care. For appointments call 778-6394 and ask to be seen in Livermore Falls.
