Inpatient Services

Nurse and PatientWhen you are admitted as a patient, you will be asked to present insurance identification cards, as well as sources of personal identification such as a driver's license. This information is important to assist us with your medical care and to ensure that you receive all of the medical benefits to which you are entitled. When admitted into the hospital, an identification bracelet will be fastened to your wrist, which ensures proper patient identification. It should not be removed until you are discharged from the hospital.

Your single private room will offer you privacy and quiet and is equipped with a bathroom and nurse call unit. The nurse call system connects you with the nurses' station allowing you to speak with your nurse. There is an emergency call button in all patient bathrooms connecting with the nurses' station if you need assistance. Your hospital bed is electrically adjustable and has side rails that are used after surgery as your condition indicates.
