Androscoggin Valley Medical Arts Center

The 13,500 square-foot Androscoggin Valley Medical Arts Center located at 21 Main Street in Livermore Falls opened on January 23, 2012. It is owned by Franklin Memorial Hospital and brings together personnel and services previously provided at Franklin Health Livermore Falls Family Practice on Union Street and at Franklin Memorial Hospital Outpatient Services on Main Street in Livermore Falls.

Services Provided

Health care services provided at this center include primary care by the medical staff of Franklin Health Livermore Falls Family Practice. Its clinicians include: Heidi Decker, MD; Mary Dunlap, FNP; and James Smith, DO. Dr. Michael Rowland performs vasectomy procedures on Fridays. The medical practice is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.–5 p.m.

Outpatient specialty care is provided by: Paul Sweeney, MD, cardiology; Jeffrey Johnson, DPM, podiatry; Thomas Pulling, MD, treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and sports medicine; Michael P. Joseph, MD, FACS, treatment for conditions affecting the ears, nose, sinuses, and throat; Daniel Doornbos, MD, FCCP, treatment of pulmonary (lung) conditions; Susan Tinguely, FNP, women's care; and Jacques Belair, MD, women’s care.

Physical therapy services with extended hours for appointments are provided every Monday through Wednesday, and on Fridays by Marco Madison, PT, DPT, from the Franklin Memorial Hospital Physical Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Program.

Care for psychiatric and behavioral issues including mental health counseling services is provided by Arthur Dingley, DO, and licensed clinical social workers from Franklin Health Behavioral Services. They include: Christina Cesare, LCSW; Karen Haley, LCSW; and Sheila Hoyt, LCSW.

Lab, x-ray, and ultrasound services are also available, as well as digital mammography and breast care support services provided by staff of the Martha B. Webber Breast Care Center.
