Franklin Health Livermore Falls Family Practice is seeking a full time Family Practitioner to join their outpatient practice team of providers of 2 family practitioners and 1 full-time NP. Candidate must be either board eligible or board certified and willing to provide primary care to patients of all ages. A new practice site structure is under construction with an anticipated start date of January 2012. We offer a competitive salary and benefits which includes but not limited to relocation assistance, annual CME allowance, paid time off, educational loan repayment, RVU and quality incentives, and citizenship stipends and midlevel supervision.
