Directions to Evergreen Behavioral Services
Evergreen Behavioral Services is on the first floor of the Mt. Blue Health Center, which is the brown building immediately to the west of Franklin Memorial Hospital at Franklin Health Commons in Farmington. Turn into the Hospital drive from Route 2, take the first left and follow the sign that directs you to the Mt. Blue Health Center. Park in the front of the building and enter through the first floor lobby.
From Portland and the South:
Take the Maine Turnpike I95 North to Exit 75 at Auburn. Follow Route 4 North to Farmington. As you come into Farmington, Franklin Memorial Hospital is on the left at the four-way traffic light at the junction of Routes 4 and 133.
Or, take the Maine Turnpike (U.S. Route 95) North to Exit 112B in Augusta. Follow Route 27 North and U.S. Route 2 West to Farmington. At the intersection of Routes 2 and 27 (light), take a right (continuing on Route 2 West) across the bridge. Franklin Memorial is on the right at the four-way traffic light at the junction of Routes 4 and 133.
From the West:
Follow U.S. Route 2 East to Farmington. As you come into Farmington, Franklin Memorial Hospital is on the left at the four-way traffic light at the junction of Routes 4 and 133.
From the North and East:
Take the Maine Turnpike I95 to Exit 157 Palmyra/Newport. Follow U.S. Route 2 West to Farmington. At the intersection of Routes 2 and 27 (light), take a right (continuing on Route 2 West) across the bridge. Franklin Memorial is on the right at the four-way traffic light at the junction of Routes 4 and 133.
