By using this online approach, individuals can have their health care questions answered and can receive support from and offer support to others with similar health concerns 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week. It is the goal of Franklin Community Health Network to help facilitate access to health information exchange for individuals, families and the community at-large.
