Free community clinic on our 34’ Mobile Health Unit. The Healthy Community Coalition an affiliate of Franklin Community Health Network will be offering ScoreHealth (A Health Risk Assessment Program) screenings that include cholesterol,

blood pressure, nutrition & physical activity counseling, tobacco dependency counseling, and stress management. Please come on in the next time you see the Mobile Health Unit out in the community. We also provide information on many health topics, and we are your community resource for all your public health needs.
