side at the first traffic light, at the intersection of Route 2 and Route 133.
From the North
Take I-95 South to Newport, Exit 157 – follow Route 2 West to Farmington. Take a left onto Main Street in Farmington at the traffic light (Route 4/Route 2) and continue for about 4 miles. Franklin Health Commons is on the right at the third traffic light, at the intersection of Route 2 and Route 133.
From the West
Take Route 4 and continue 4 miles after the merge of Route 4 and Route 2. Franklin Health Commons is on the left side at the first traffic light, at the intersection of Route 2 and Route 133.
From the East
Take Route 27 North to Belgrade from Exit 112 (34mi). Take a left onto Main Street in Farmington at the traffic light (Route 4/Route 2) and continue for about 4 miles. Franklin Health Commons is on the right at the third traffic light, at the intersection of Route 2 and Route 133.
